Ach so, na ja, ich habe so eine Angewohnheit, in der Betreffzeile bei E-Mails alles durchgehend klein zu schreiben.

Bin immer wieder erstaunt, daß die Lehrer an Teutschen Schulen es nicht schaffen, eine der elementaren Regeln der englischen GKS zu vermitteln. Wie oft liest man sogar "the american way of life"!

geographical names / new german orthography
I read your question about this on www.rechtschreibreform.com. You don't have to change anything; names remain untouched by orthographic changes, so do geographical ones.

Dear Madam or Sir.
Our geographical Institute have worked a lot on geographical names. At the
moment we are updating our topographical maps that cover some of the
Austrian territory as well. We studied the neu Rechschreibung Regeln, but we
are not sure about the right writing of the following place names. The
scharfes S is the main problem.
I would be very glad to you for checking them.
Freidorf a. d. Laßnitz
Naßfeldpaß
Reißeck
Straß i. Steiermark
Straßburg
Weißbriach
Weißensee
It is very important for us to know the right name as this maps are widely
used in Slovenia.
